About Me
Ryan has spent the last 20 years as an entrepreneur and executive in the logistics, supply chain, sports marketing and fundraising fields with expertise across many industry verticals. Ryan launched his career in sports in 2007 by founding sports marketing agency, Championship Sports Marketing, Inc., serving as President and CEO, where along with his wife Tara, negotiated its successful acquisition by Fox Wood Sports, LLC in 2009.
He spent the next five years as founder and partner of multiple tech and marketing startups. In 2014 he joined Transportation Insight as Director of Client Solutions where he served until 2016 when he founded Excite Fundraising, LLC. He currently serves as President and General Manager and sits on the Board of Directors. He is married to Tara Hughes, who currently serves as Excite Fundraising Creative Director. They have three children: Reagan, McKinley and Palin.
